  • What are the payment options available on furniture48.com?
    We offer two payment options. You can either make an online payment through our payment gateway with CCAvenue or choose cash on delivery.
  • How do I pay by credit card?
    You can now pay online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking using our payment services with CCAvenue.
  • When do I pay balance cash payment?
    Our policies require customers to verify the product for return and make the payment before moving furniture inside customer premises. This is needed because a product may require minor touching while moving product through narrow passage or congested stairs and that shouldn't cause customers to reject the furniture as it would take effort in moving in and out of customer premises.
Returns and Refunds
  • How soon I get my refunds?
    For Cash on Delivery orders, there is no need of refund as payment would be done at customer's premises at time of delivery. For online orders, if the order is not accepted, we would cancel the transaction and would initiate the credit back to your account within 24 hours and then it should take standard time that your banking institution may take to process the transaction.
  • I don’t like an item at time of delivery, can I return it?
    You can only return an item if it is different from order specifications for refund. However, if you don’t like the item at all or there are unforeseen constraints, you may return the item by paying Rs 500. During our promotions from time to time, we may offer these returns at zero cost as well, so please confirm the return charges by contacting us at +91-8588869990.
Shipping and Delivery schedule
  • What cities do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver only in Delhi/NCR.
  • What items are delivered in 48 hours?
    We try hard to update the online stock but since these sellers operate in wholesale market, its quite possible that the item you request is out of stock. We would deliver all in-stock items with in 48 hours. For all out of stock items, deliveries will be made in one week and exact time frame will be communicated through our representative.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    Shipping charges are mentioned against each item on product descriptioni page. For most of the items, it is Rs 500 at present.
  • What are handling charges?
    Shipping include handling charges for delivery to Ground Floor. Handling charges are additional charges and depends on difficulty in moving through stairs. If your furniture can be delivered by service lift, there won’t be any handling charges.
